DESIGN FEE:
The first consultation meeting is free of charge. Design fees are charged $60 per hour plus materials/copies, including designer and any job related time and travel. A design contract is prepared and deposit required to initiate design work. The majority of landscape plans range from $350 to $500 for an average home, but of course vary due to size, complexity, and details necessary.

Why pay for design? Design is the single most important investment you will make for your outdoor space. We are educated and experienced in horticulture and design and will provide you with a plan to suit your site and needs. A well thought out design takes at least several hours and is well worth the investment and will easily save you the design cost in the long run. If you are making the investment, make sure the plan is solid.

LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE INSTALLATION:
An estimate on landscape and/or hardscape installation is given once the design has been completed. If any job is outside of our scope of work, we know specialists who can complete that part of the project for you (ie. large tree removal, heavy grading/excavation, etc.). We will also be happy to act as your project manager and subcontract any services which are necessary to complete the project.

Landscape Warranty: All properly cared for trees and shrubs are warranted for one year after planted with a one time replacement policy; perennials, grasses and roses are warranted through the growing season in which they are planted. Discounted material, annuals, bulbs, and transplants carry no warranty. Any plant which has died or is suffering due to acts of nature or negligence are not warranted. Failure to pay within stated terms of invoice voids warranty.

Hardscape Warranty: All properly maintained hardscape installations are warranted for two years against workmanship. Some exclusions apply. Failure to pay within stated terms of invoice voids warranty.
